Manaram Gamage (b.1997, Sri Lanka) engages deeply with his inner world through the visual medium, translating internal landscapes into tangible expressions. Central to his practice is the solitary human figure, a recurring motif that underscores his exploration of introspection and the search for meaning. Gamage’s work is characterised by a palette of sombre, dark hues that delve into the depths of human emotion and existence. He holds a BVA (Hons) in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Visual and Performing Arts, Colombo.
